Fair housing

The short answer

LPE Realty LLC, which publishes Visit Marathon FL, complies with the federal Fair Housing Act and the Florida Fair Housing Act. No real estate service it offers is refused or changed because of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin, and this guide does not steer anyone to or from any part of Marathon.

Last checked October 22, 2026

LPE Realty LLC provides every real estate service on equal terms, as the federal Fair Housing Act and the Florida Fair Housing Act require. Nobody is turned away, given different terms or handled differently because of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin.

Visit Marathon FL describes beaches, the reef, wildlife centers, fishing seasons, events and getting around Marathon. It does not describe who lives on any key or in any neighborhood, and nothing on it is meant to direct a person toward or away from any part of the city.

If you think your fair housing rights were violated, you can file a complaint through the HUD fair housing office. You can also contact LPE Realty LLC at info@lperealty.com or (561) 652-6917.

Dates, rules and hours can change. The organisers have the final word: City of Marathon (official site)

When a trip becomes a plan

Came for the reef, keep thinking about a place on the water?

This guide is published by LPE Realty LLC, a licensed Florida real estate brokerage. If time in Marathon has you asking what owning in the Middle Keys would involve, phone or email us and start with your questions, not a sales pitch. If an answer needs someone who works the Keys every day, we will tell you that plainly, and your details go to nobody else unless you say yes.
