Visit Marathon FL keeps what you type into its contact form so we can answer, and counts visits with Google Analytics. We do not sell personal information and we do not send text messages. Below is what is gathered, the reason for each item, and how to have your information removed.

Visit Marathon FL, at visitmarathonfl.com, belongs to LPE Realty LLC. Send privacy questions to info@lperealty.com. Our phone, (561) 652-6917, is a calls-only line.

Information we gather

Form messages. The name, email, message and any phone number you choose to type into the contact form. It is stored in the site’s database and emailed to LPE Realty LLC, only so that someone can answer you.
Visit counts. Google Analytics sets cookies that add up visits across everyone: which pages are read, which tools are used and roughly what region visits come from. We use that to decide what to improve, and it does not identify you by name.
Server logs. Our web host records each request with its IP address, for security and for finding faults.

Things we never do

We do not sell or rent personal information. Writing to us does not put you on a mailing list, and we never send text messages.

Your rights

Email info@lperealty.com to see what you sent us, to correct it or to have it removed. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.

Updates

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
